PySNMP-SE (Speed Enhanced) is a fork of the PySNMP 3.4.x branch with
various speed enhancements, the most important being the replacement of
string-based OIDs with tuple-based OIDs.

This makes PySNMP-SE slightly incompatible with PySNMP.
